After an extensive $1M renovation, Indigo House has been transformed into a refined yet welcoming escape, blending timeless island charm with modern comforts. While preserving its original character, the home now offers thoughtfully designed spaces, expansive outdoor living areas, and an effortless connection to the beach just steps away.
Our Story
Built in the late 1960s as a private oceanfront retreat, Indigo House was designed to embrace Exuma’s breathtaking natural beauty. Originally the dream home of real estate developer Frank Magnuson, the beach house was carefully positioned 40 feet above sea level, offering panoramic views of the island’s iconic turquoise waters.
Step Inside
Indigo House offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with luxury linens, ample storage, and either an en-suite or shared bathroom for privacy and comfort.
The open-concept living area features coastal-inspired décor, plush seating, and large windows that invite natural light and ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a spacious island, perfect for gathering over meals.
Outside, the private pool and expansive terrace provide a peaceful retreat, whether you’re enjoying a morning swim, lounging in the sun, or dining under the stars.
