“Wow! This was a fantastic vacation. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed (other than a sheet pan for the oven, overhead light dimmers or a few lamps here and there. lol).
The two master suites are on separate ends of the house and the kitchen and living space offers plenty of room for a large group to hang out. Each room has an amazing view and an exit to the deck and pool. The deck is an amazing place to just chill and look out at the beautiful blue water and for star gazing in the evening. The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks is delightful!
A few notes though:
*If you arrive on a Sunday afternoon, EVERYTHING will be closed for the most part so have the house stocked before arrival for a stress free evening. Shanelle, the concierge was great at communicating with us. We ran out of propane on the grill and she arrived in no time with a new one for us!
*The beach….there isn’t one. If the tide does go out far enough to expose some sand, there’s no safe way to get down there. There is a ladder, but no thanks! We ended up exploring so many other beaches that it didn’t really matter to us and the pool was very refreshing after arriving back to the house. GO SEE THE TROPIC OF CANCER! Beautiful beach and there’s a well stocked bar and food stand there for snacking! It’s a drive though. Plenty of other beaches close by as well.
*The power went out 3 times while on the island, but oh well!
All in all, an amazing trip and a great, convenient place to stay. We will be back soon!”
